What we did: rebuilt the pattern set, matched materials, ran a parallel pilot lot.
Result: second-country bulk held the sealed standard.

Reducing edge-paint rejects

Stuck at: inconsistent edge finishing on a wallet line.
What we did: traced it to substrate preparation; revised process and inspection point.
Result: defect rate cut.

Which leather goods OEM manufacturers produce in both China and Bangladesh?

What does a sealed reference sample mean?: Bulk cutting starts only after the PP sample is signed. Change it after that, and the paper trail starts again.
How long does a first sample usually take?: First sample in 4–9 weeks — pattern lock is separate. Custom hardware adds its own tooling time.
Can small runs stay in one factory?: Yes. Small runs stay in Huizhou; Dhaka is for volume, not for cheap.
