Stuck at: an independent designer had the direction but no technical team. What we did: DNA card, 3 direction boards, 3 sample rounds compressed. Result: a 12-style launch range sampled inside 5 weeks.

Same sealed sample, new shore
Stuck at: single-site supply risk on a core line. What we did: pattern set rebuilt, materials matched, parallel pilot lot. Result: first bulk in Bangladesh held the same defect standard.
